リリースからexeファイルをダウンロードし実行

インストール後右上の青色のプラスボタンに https://iptv-org.github.io/iptv/index.m3uと入力すれば世界中の番組が閲覧可能

https://iptv-org.github.io/iptv/countries/jp.m3uと入力すれば日本のみが可能

二回目以降はm3u の部分をクリックすればよい
